May 22, 2018 (newstodate): The Belarus carrier Belavia has taken delivery of its third new Embraer 195 aircraft under a contract with the Danish aircraft leasing company Nordic Aviation Capital.
A third aircraft is to join the fleet already by the end of June 2018.
Belavia signed a contract with NAC in April 2018 for lease of five Embraer aircraft, three E195 and two E175, all from NACs existing Embraer order book.
The carrier plans to have a total of 12 Embraer aircraft in the fleet by 2020.
In the fleet of Belavia are now five Boeings 737-800, six Boeings 737-500, seven Boeing 737-300, two Embraer 175, three Embraer 195 and four CRJs-100/-200 aircraft.
