May 28, 2018 (newstodate): The Danish carrier Primera Air with HQs in Riga, Latvia, has now taken delivery of its second Airbus A321neo aircraft.
The aircraft arrived in the hands of its operator on May 25, 2018, following on the first delivery on April 17, 2018, and a third will follow in time for joining this summer's schedule.
The aircraft, assembled in Hamburg, leased from GECAS and registered in Denmark, will be deployed in the United Kingdom and France to operate flights to transatlantic destinations in North America.
Besides, Primera Air will also lease a further five A321neo aircraft from other lessors, including two A321LR, growing its fleet to eight aircraft in 2018.
