Apr 10, 2018 (newstodate): The Belarus carrier Belavia has decided to expand its fleet with three E195 and two E175 aircraft.
Belavia has thus signed a contract with the Danish aircraft lessor Nordic Aviation Capital to deliver the new aircraft on a lease contract, with the first three aircraft, two E195 and one E175, expected by April 2019 already, and the remaining two aircraft to follow in December 2019 and April 2020, respectively.
In the fleet of Belavia are already two Embraer 175 and two Embraer 195, in addition to five Boeing 737-800, six Boeing 737-500, seven Boeing 737-300 and four CRJ-100 /-200 aircraft.
Established on March 5, 1996, and based at Minsk Airport, Belavia provides regular flights to 49 airports in 28 countries.
