Mar 28, 2018 (newstodate): The Estonian MRO provider Magnetic has again expanded its services portfolio by moving into the wide-body aircraft segment.
Magnetic has thus landed authorization to provide line maintenance services for Airbus A330 family aircraft following an upgrading of its Part 145 Approval on March 22, 2018.
The approval covers all three engine types used on Airbus A330 family aircraft: Rolls-Royce, Pratt & Whitney and GE Aviation.
With the new enhanced authorization, Magnetic MRO is to start offering line maintenance of wide-body aircraft in three airports - Copenhagen and Warsaw and, soon to come, Hamburg Airport.
The new Airbus A330 authorization adds to the company's existing capabilities to service Airbus A320ceo/neo family, Boeing 737CL/NG, CRJ-700/-900NG, ERJ-170/-190, SAAB 340 and ATR 42/72 aircraft.
