Feb 20, 2018 (newstodate): A new cargo terminal is due to be commissioned at Tajikistan's Dushanbe International Airport by June 2018.
Backed by a substantive loan from the Japanese International Cooperation Agency, the new cargo facility will allow the airport to continue the positive growth of cargo handled at Dushanbe that saw an increase in volumes by 6.6 percent, y-o-y, in 2017, to a total of 2,473 tons of cargo and mail.
