Feb 23, 2018 (newstodate): The Estonian carrier Nordica is to add two more aircraft to the fleet before the summer season.
Coming in are one Bombardier CRJ900 and one ATR 72 aircraft, to be allocated to services outside the home market, including on new flights from the base at Groningen, Holland.
By end of 2017, the Nordica fleet comprised 11 Bombardier CRJ900 and five ART 72 aircraft, and the fleet is thus growing to 18 aircraft by the start of this year's summer schedule.
Technically, the aircraft are leased by the subsidiary of Nordic Aviation Group, Regional Jet which is 49 percent owned by the carrier's strategic partner LOT, as the capacity provider to Nordica of aircraft on Estonian AOC.
