Feb 01, 2018 newstodate): Ryanair is again to expand its network of flights from Lithuania's Kaunas Airport.
Latest additions will be flights from Kaunas to Girona in Spain's northeastern Catalonia region, and to Rimini.
The new Ryanair route to Girona will be operated twice-weekly from March 26, 2018, and the route to Rimini will start from March 29, 2018 with one weekly rotation.
Ryanair opened its 40th base, its first in Central Europe, at Kaunas Airport on May, 2010, after launching its first Baltic operation at Kaunas Airport on September 22, 2005, with a route to London Stansted.
The low-cost carrier will thus offer flights to 18 destinations from Kaunas Airport during the coming summer schedule.
