Dec 11, 2018 (newstodate): The Slovak full-charter and ACMI carrier Go2Sky has landed a wet-lease contract with GetJet Airlines of Lithuania.
Under the agreement, Go2Sky is placing one Boeing 737-800 aircraft with GetJet Airlines at Vilnius Airport until November 2019.
The aircraft, the only of its type in the fleet of GetJet, will be allocated to operating charter flights that we left uncovered by the demise of Small Planet Airlines in Lithuania.
In the fleet of GetJet Airlines are seven aircraft including five Boeing 737 Classic and so far one Airbus A320, contracted by Finnair to operate on from Helsinki flights to Budapest, Berlin, Vienna, Prague, Krakow and Paphos until January 2019, while delivery of a second A320 aircraft is still pending.
