Dec 04, 2018 (newstodate): Denmark's Billund Airport saw November 2018 with a drop in cargo volumes.
A total of 6,466 tonnes of cargo was handled at the airport, which was a drop by 2.3 percent, y-o-y.
The decline is due to a fall in imports by 9.7 percent to 2,141 tonnes, while exports fared better with an increase by 1.9 percent to 4,325 tonnes.
After the first 11 months of 2018, this year's total volume through Billund Airport thus stands at 67,755 tonnes, still up two percent, y-o-y, including 44,357 tonnes of exports, up 3.9 percent, and 23,398 tonnes of imports, down 1.6 percent.
