Nov 13, 2018 (newstodate): While civil was is raging in Yemen, the country's state-owned carrier Yemenia Airlines continues its operations and fleet expansion.
Lately, the carrier has acquired an Airbus A320 aircraft from the Danish airline DAT that took in the aircraft in May 2015, while the aircraft was stored at Jordan's Amman Airport on October 25, 2018, pending the delivery to its new owner.
Yemenia operates an all-Airbus fleet of one A310 and now three Airbus A320 aircraft while orders have been placed for eight Airbus A320neo and 10 Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
