Oct 31, 2018 (newstodate): The Polish charter and ACMI carrier SkyTaxi has moved from turboprop aircraft to wide-body aircraft.
The carrier, set up in 2000 with SAAB 340A aircraft for passenger transportation, has taken delivery of one converted Boeing 767-200 freighter that is slated to enter production with the airline already in November 2018.
The aircraft is delivered under a contract with the US company Cargo Aircraft Management.
Based at Wroclaw Airport, SkyTaxi is also operating two SAAB 340A aircraft within EU, the Middle East and North Africa.
SkyTaxi is thus only the second Boeing 767 operator in Poland, after LOT.
