Jan 17, 2018 (newstodate): In 2018, the low-cost carrier Norwegian is adding new flights to Keflavik Airport, Iceland.
Latest addition to the airport's portfolio is a route operated by Norwegian from Stockholm Arlanda to Keflavik, starting from March 26, 2018, and offering two weekly rotations with Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
This will become the third flight option from Stockholm where WOW Air and Icelandair are already plying the same route offering four weekly and daily rotations, respectively.
Starting from November 1, 2016, Norwegian launched flights between Madrid and Keflavik, with two weekly rotations, adding two weekly flights to Keflavik from Barcelona from November 2, 2016, and from Alicante to Keflavik with two weekly rotations, starting from June 5, 2017.
Norwegian is also online to Iceland from London, making the coming new Stockholm-connection the carrier's seventh route.
