Sep 27, 2017 (newstodate): The Gulf carrier Emirates is to increase its services in the Swedish market.
The carrier will up frequency on its flights between Dubai and Stockholm from today's daily to a total of 10 weekly rotations starting from December 8, 2017, by adding a second flight during the last three days of week.
Starting from September 4, 2013, Emirates has been operating daily flights between Dubai and Stockholm, using Boeing 777-200LR aircraft, later replaced with Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
It remains unclear if the addition of three weekly rotations on the route is a seasonal adjustment to rising demand during winter season, or if the coming new schedule will remain valid also after the sun returns to Sweden in spring 2018.
