Winning the operation is WFS Denmark at Copenhagen Airport welcoming the new customer from September 16, 2017, with three weekly rotations using Boeing 787-8 aircraft.
The carrier is already online on its other new Scandinavian route from Delhi to Stockholm Arlanda since August 15, 2017, also with three weekly rotations.
In Sweden Air India, however, picked the SAS Group's Spirit Air Cargo Handling as its cargo handling partner.
The final outcome of the tender process for naming a Scandinavian GSSA is still not known.
