Aug 15, 2017 (newsodate): The Russian carrier Rusline is to test the European markets with two new routes from Kaliningrad.
Starting from October 2017, the carrier will offer two weekly rotations on routes to Berlin and Prague, and if the market response is positive, Rusline will consider launching new routes to Europe.
The new routes anounced are not the carrier's first experience with Europe, however.
Starting from May 22, 2017, RusLine launched services between St Petersburg and Tallinn, Estonia, offering 13 weekly rotations on the route.
Starting from June 1, 2017, Rusline was to operate two weekly rotations between St Petersburg and Bergen, in Norway, which proved a short-lived success and were suspended only a week later
From June 10, the carrier has operated a weekly flight between St Petersburg and Palanga, in Lithuania.
Also during the summer, Rusline continued operating its route between St Petersburg and Oslo, in Norway, with up to five weekly rotations.
Rusline also resumed flights on the route between St Petersburg and Vilnius, in Lithuania, from May 29, 2017, offering five weekly rotations.
