Aug 28, 2017 (newstodate): During January-July 2017, 35 Russian airlines saw their combined cargo volumes up by 21.6 percent, y-o-y, to 622,463 tonnes.
The largest contributors were AirBridgeCargo with 321,225 tonnes, up 15.1 percent, y-o-y, Aeroflot with 122,657 tonnes and up 40.2 percent, Volga-Dnepr Airlines with 19,932 tonnes and up 22.6 percent, Sibir with 19,212 tonnes and up 2.8 percent, and finally Rossiya with 17,538 tonnes, up no less than 126.3 percent.
Together, these five airlines thus accounted for 79.9 percent of all cargo on Russian airlines during the first quarter of this year.
