Jun 19, 2016 (newstodate): The Latvian carrier airBaltic has now taken delivery of its fifth Bombardier CS300 aircraft.
The aircraft landed at Riga Airport as its last point on the delivery flight from the Bombardier factory in Canada on June 16, 2017.
airBaltic plans to have a total of eight CS300 aircraft in its fleet by the end of 2017.
So far, two more CS300 aircraft for airBaltic are visible as the 8th and 9th production aircraft while it is still unclear where the eigth aircraft allocated to airBaltic is placed in the production plan of Bombardier.
The carrier has placed orders for a total of 20 CS300 aircraft.
