Jun 08, 2017 (newstodate): The Latvian carrier airBaltic is now looking forward to taking delivery of its next, fifth Bombardier CS300 aircraft.
On the same date, June 2, 2017, that the carrier's fourth CS300 landed at Latvia's Riga Airport, the next in line performed its first test flight and is now going through the test flight program prior to delivery.
The carrier has placed orders for a total of 20 CS300 aircraft and in May it claimed to be planning to take in no less than five more CS300 aircraft in June, ending up with a fleet of eight aircraft in July 2017, already.
airBaltic took over its first CS300 on November 28, 2016, the second aircraft was delivered on December 31, 2016, and the third aircraft landed at Riga Airport on April 3, 2017.
