May 03, 2017 (newstodate): EASA, the European Aviation Safety Agency is recommending airlines under its jurisdiction to avoid North Korean airspace.
The recommendation includes both overflights over North Korean territory as well as any landings or operations at airports in the country due to the risk of missile hits during the ongoing major North Korean military training campaigns.
Until further notice, the recommendations remain in force at least until November2, 2017.
