Apr 28, 2017 (newstodate): Another Airbus A350 aircraft for Finnair has now been readied for first flight at the Airbus plant at Toulouse.
The aircraft has been moved to to flight line awaiting the first of a series of test flights before delivery slated for May 2017.
This will be the ninth Airbus A350 for Finnair, re-worked for changed configuration with fewer business class and more economy class seats, and #10 is also close to completion and will be delivered in June.
The 11th and last A350 for Finnair in 2017 is now starting a series of outdoor ground tests including first engine run.
Finnair received its first Airbus A350 aircraft from Airbus on October 7, 2015 and has placed orders for a total of 19 A350-900 aircraft that will all have been delivered in 2023.
