Mar 01, 2017, (newstodate): With its latest new route announcements, the Hungarian LCC Wizz Air will bring flights to Iceland from a total of eight European destinations.
Flights from Riga, in Latvia, to Keflavik on Iceland will be added from June 25, 2017, and the carrier will also launch new services from Wroclaw, Prague, and Katowice, while already serving flights to Iceland from Budapest, Gdansk, Vilnius and Warsaw.
Wizz first entered the Icelandic market with flights from Gdansk, in Poland, from June 19, 2015.
