Mar 07, 2017 (newstodate): One of the Danish ACMI and charter carrier Jet Time's Boeing 737 aircraft is finding a new future with West Atlantic.
The Swedish/British carrier West Atlantic has thus taken over one Boeing 737-400SF freighter that is leaving Jet Time as the carrier closes down its cargo business in 2017.
The converted freighter will now be positioned with West Atlantic in the UK as part of West Atlantic's build-up of a fleet eventually comprising nine Boeing 737 freighters and three British Aerospace ATP aircraft to serve the five-year contract with Royal Mail, effective from January 1, 2017.
By May 1, 2017, Jet Time will be out of the cargo market, gradually redelivering its fleet of five Boeing 737-400SF freighter aircraft that have been operated under a contract with TNT.
