Feb 15, 2017 (newstodate): Iceland will see more of Wizz Air at Keflavik Airport from this summer.
The carrier has announced the opening of yet another route to Iceland, this time from Prague with two weekly rotations starting from May 31, 2017.
The new Wizz Air route to Iceland will be the carrier's fourth, after the carrier first entered the Icelandic market with flights from Gdansk, in Poland, with two weekly flights from June 19, 2015.
The carrier next added flights from Warsaw, in Poland, to Keflavik Airport from May 13, 2016, with two weekly rotations, and starting from March 26, 2017, the carrier will add operations on the route between Katowice, in Poland, and Keflavik, offering two weekly rotations with Airbus A320 aircraft.
The Czech carrier CSA has also been operating flights between Prague and Keflavik, launching seasonal operations in summer 2016.
