Feb 21, 2017 (newstodate): The Polish carrier LOT is planning for a yet another return of services to Kaliningrad, the Russian enclave on the Baltic Sea, bordering Lithuania and Poland.
The flights will commence from May 2, 2017, and the carrier will offer six weekly rotations on the route from Warsaw.
In September 2008, LOT suspended services since 2002 because of unsatisfactory loads on the route, but returned to Kaliningrad again with a daily rotation from June 28, 2010, only to pull out again in 2012.
