Nov 14, 2017 (newstodate): One carrier doing extremely well in cargo is Turkish Airlines' cargo arm, Turkish Cargo.
In October, the company reports a growth by no less than 21.6 percent, y-o-y, to 105,767 tonnes.
This brings the 2017 10-months total to 917,397 tonnes - an increase by 26.3 percent, y-o-y.
Cargo is lifted on the airline's 315 passenger aircraft, but Turkish Cargo also operates an all-cargo fleet comprising three Airbus A310-300F, nine Airbus A330-200F and two Boeing 747-400F aircraft, with deliveries pending in 2018 of two Boeing 777F aircraft in 2018.
