Nov 15, 2017 (newstodate): Ryanair is again expanding its network of flights from Lithuania's Kaunas Airport.
Latest addition will be flights from Kaunas to Girona in Spain's northeastern Catalonia region.
The new Ryanair route will be operated twice-weekly during the coming Summer 2018 schedule.
Ryanair opened its 40th base, its first in Central Europe, at Kaunas Airport from May, 2010, after launching its first Baltic operation at Kaunas Airport on September 22, 2005, with a route to London Stansted.
The low-cost carrier now has 16 destinations served from Kaunas Airport during the summer schedule.
