Nov 09, 2017 (newstodate): Ukraine International Airlines will operate its route to Latvia with increased frequency in summer 2018.
Starting from April 5, 20187, the carrier will add a second daily flights on the route between Kiev and Riga, served with Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
UIA first launched flights on the route from March 30, 2015, with a daily flight, succeeding the now bankrupt Aerosvit that served the route since April 20, 2010.
Also serving the route are Latvia's airBaltic since 2004, and the Ukrainian regional carrier Yanair starting from May 20, 2016, but on a seasonal base only.
