Nov 21, 2017 (newstodate): The Doha-based Qatar Airways is to increase frequencies on flights to several European destinations.
The increase will also be seen on services between Doha and the Scandinavian capital airports, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo.
The carrier will thus go up to 17 weekly rotations on the route between Doha and Stockholm, flights to Copenhagen will go up to 16 weekly rotations, and flights to Oslo will increase from today's seven to 10 weekly rotations.
Qatar Airways first entered Scandinavia with a route between Doha and Stockholm, Sweden, launched on November 27, 2007, adding a route between Doha and Copenhagen, Denmark, from March 30, 2010, and between Doha and Oslo from October 5, 2011.
Qatar Airways finally added Finland to its route map with the first flight on October 10, 2016, with a daily rotation between Doha and Helsinki.
So far, this route has not been announced among routes to be increased in frequency.
