Oct 12, 2017 (newstodate): While no official announcements were made, the Latvian carrier airBaltic seems to have experienced a critical issue with the fleet of CS300 aircraft.
The carrier suspended flights with CS300 aircraft during the night, allowing for technical inspections of an Pratt & Whitney engine accessory, but traffic with CS300 aircraft will resume gradually as the entire fleet of seven CS300 aircraft have been examined.
The first CS300 flights are thus already in the air from this morning.
The only other operator so far of the CS300, SWISS has had its aircraft operating without any glitch.
