Jan 20, 2017 (newstodate): Air Greenland's Airbus A330-200 aircraft will be an unusual sight in Iceland this summer.
Air Greenland operates scheduled flights from Kangerlussuaq, Narsarsuaq and Nuuk to Iceland's Keflavik Airport using its Bombardier Dash-8 aircraft, but during the period August 7-September 2, 2017, a number of flights between Kangerlussuaq and Keflavik will instead be operated with the carrier's single Airbus A330-200 aircraft that is otherwise dedicated to the Transatlantic flights between Greenland and Denmark.
