Jan 26, 2017 (newstodate): Ukraine International Airlines is increasing its frequency on the route to China.
Starting from May 25 and until October 28, 2017, the carrier will offer daily flights on the route between Kiev and Beijing, up from currently five weekly rotations, all using Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.
Since its first flight on April 29, 2015, Ukraine International Airlines has seen good results from its new service from Kiev to Beijing, China.
Starting out with three weekly rotations on the route, UIA increased frequency to five weekly non-stop flights from April 26, 2016 as part of the summer 2016 schedule.
UIA is keen to develop Kiev Boryspil International Airport as a hub between Europe and Asia, and all flights from Beijing are optimally connected to all of UIA's international and domestic services.
UIA has entered into a partnership with a number of Chinese carriers Air China, China Southern Airlines, China Airlines and Hainan Airlines to provide passengers with more travel opportunities to destinations via Beijing including Guangzhou, Shanghai, Urumqi and Xiamen (China), Tokyo and Osaka (Japan), Taipei (Taiwan), Jakarta (Indonesia), Seoul (South Korea), as well as Hong Kong and Singapore.
