Sep 02, 2016 (newstodate): A franchise partner of British Airways for the last 20 years, the Danish airline SUN-AIR is to open a new base at Bremen, Germany.
Starting from October 31, 2016, the carrier will launch flights from Bremen on two routes to London City and Manchester - destinations already served by SUN-AIR from its main base at Denmark's Billund Airport.
The route from Bremen to London City will be operated with 10 weekly rotations, and the route to Bremen will have 11 weekly rotations, all served with Dornier 328 aircraft.
If the new routes prove successful, SUN-AIR plans to add new flights from Bremen to other European destination in demand.
In the fleet of SUN-Air are two Do 328 turboprop as well as 15 Do 238JET aircraft
