Aug 11, 2016 (newstodate): Latvia's Riga Airport saw a slight drop in cargo in July 2016, but is still above last year's seven-months level.
In July the airport handled a total of 1,490 tonnes of cargo which was down three percent, y-o-y.
But during the first seven months of this year, the airport has seen its cargo volumes up by eight percent, y-o-y, to a total of 11,346 tonnes.
With the huge ISAF cargo loads fully gone since the end of 2014, year-on-year statistics are again reflecting reality at Latvia's Riga Airport - and a positive growth trend has returned.
