Aug 09, 2016 (newstodate): The Polish carrier SprintAir has added three more aircraft to its fleet, now comprising 16 turboprop aircraft.
New in the fleet are two passenger aircraft, one SAAB 340 and one ATR72 aircraft, and with the new additions SprintAir remains Europe's second-largest operator of the SAAB 340 type aircraft.
The third new delivery concerns one ATR 72 freighter allocated to long-term leases as well as ad-hoc European cargo operations, bringing the fleet to four of this type, all operating for integrators.
The SprintAir fleet now comprises 12 SAAB 340 and four ATR 72 aircraft.
SprintAir, based at Warsaw Chopin Airport, started freight and mail flights in April 2004, with three Let L-410 aircraft.
