Aug 18, 2016 (newstodate): The new Finnish carrier Go! Aviation is still finding difficulties in getting started with its first commercial flight, slated for August 15, 2016.
Problems with contractual conditions between the airline and the Polish lessor of the Pilatus PC-12 aircraft remain unsolved, so the launch flight had to be postponed with short notice despite reportedly high booking figures on the route between Kuopio and Helsinki, Finland.
At this stage, no new launch date for the airline's first route has been announced.
Earlier this month, the carrier's owner and CEO, Jorma Kario, stepped down and was replaced with Riikka Oksanen.
