Aug 23, 2016 (newstodate): Lithuania's Kaunas Airport will greet a new airline customer in summer 2017: Finnair.
Finnair has announced plans for start of seasonal flights between Helsinki and Kaunas, in central Lithuania, from July 14 to August 18, 2017, with up to three weekly rotations on weekdays.
The Finnair flights will be operated with ATR 72-500 aircraft by Nordic Regional Airlines, formerly Flybe Nordic, part-owned by Finnair to provide the carrier with regional flights.
