Jul 26, 2016 (newstodate): Air China is planning for launch of non-stop services to Poland.
If all details fall into place, the carrier will start non-stop operations on the route between Beijing and Warsaw from September 2016, offering four weekly rotations with Airbus A330-200 aircraft.
Direct non-stop flights between the two capitals were first provided by the Polish airline LOT from March 30, 2008, but suspended after only one month due to lack of Russian overflight rights.
LOT reopened the services again from May 29, 2012, using Boeing 787 aircraft
