Jun 14, 2016 (newstodate): Ukraine International Airlines is expanding its fleet of Boeing 737NG aircraft in 2016.
The carrier has just taken delivery of its fifth out of nine Boeing 737-800 aircraft due to be delivered in 2016.
As the first aircraft on lease from the Irish leasing company SMBC, the latest new Boeing 737-800 aircraft arrived at Kiev Boryspil International Airport on June 10, 2016, and has been snow been put into commercial operation, with the first commercial flight on June 13 on the route between Kiev and Kutaisi, in Georgia.
In the fleet of Ukraine International Airlines are now 36 aircraft, including 17 Boeing 737 NG aircraft.
