Jun 07, 2016 (newstodate): Thai Airways has decided to return services to its route between Bangkok and Moscow.
The services will commence again from the start of this winter schedule in October, after being suspended since March 29, 2015.
On that date the carrier performed its last flight between Bangkok and Moscow and closed down its office in Moscow, marking the full retreat from the market.
Thai first opened its Moscow services on November 1, 2005, using A340-600 aircraft with three weekly rotations, going up to four weekly flights from October 26, 2008, using Boeing 777 aircraft.
