Jun 01, 2016 (newstodate): Ryanair is today holding a press conference in Norway to shed lights on its plans for flights after the decision to leave the privately-owned Oslo Rygge Airport.
The airline's commercial director is now detailing Ryanair's plans that build on a move away from Rygge to Oslo Gardermoen Airport from October 29, 2016.
The airline will start out with flights from Oslo Gardermoen to London Stansted with three daily rotations, and to Vilnius with one daily rotation.
Ryanair is also to move eight of its routes currently at Rygge to Torp Airport.
With Ryanair's decision to leave Rygge, the airport owners have decided to close the airport as the LCC accounted for more than two-thirds of the traffic.
