Jun 17,2016 (newstodate): The new Finnish carrier Go! Aviation has again adjusted its plans for start of operations, originally slated for the first week of April this year.
Its latest announcement now claims that the start will be in August 2016, on the route connecting Kuopio and Helsinki, and this will then be extended to continue between Helsinki and Tallinn, in Estonia.
The airline has ambitions to grow the network at a later stage to include routes from Finland to Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Holland and other European markets.
Go! Aviation obtained its AOC in February but has seen problems with the registration of its aircraft, a Pilatus PC-12 that will be the backbone of the new carrier managed by Jorma Kario, Go! Aviation CEO, and Roope Kekalainen, Go! Aviation COO.
