Jun 08, 2016 (newstodate): Starting from June 17, 2016, the Icelandic LCC WOW Air is to expand its flight operations at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
During this summer schedule, the carrier will be operating daily at the airport, with four weekly calls by Airbus A321 aircraft and another three with the airline's new Airbus A330 aircraft.
So far, WOW Air has been present at the airport with narrow-body aircraft only.
Providing WOW Air with ground handling services at Amsterdam is Menzies that had its first Airbus A330 handling for the carrier last week when WOW Air routed its aircraft from Cambridge, in the UK, to Iceland via Amsterdam to pick up newly delivered containers and pallets.
