Jun 08, 2016 (newstodate): If anyone should still be in doubt, the Iranian carrier Mahan Air is indeed to launch services to Copenhagen with the first flight on Thursday, June 9, 2016.
The carrier will be offering two weekly rotations from Tehran with either Airbus A310 or Airbus A340 aircraft.
Mahan Air has contracted Aviator to provide ground handling services to Mahan Air's flights at Copenhagen Airport.
Cargo does not, however, seem be in focus from the outset.
A company spokesman confirms that no cargo GSA has yet been contracted in Denmark/Scandinavia, and no cargo handling company has yet been named for cargo terminal services either.
