Jun 03, 2016 (newstodate): Russia's St Petersburg Pulkovo Airport scores another first with a new direct route to Taiwan.
Starting from today, June 3, 2016, the carrier Royal Flight is online with Taipei offering one weekly flight until the end of this summer schedule in October.
The new route operated with Boeing 767-300ER aircraft is focusing on Chinese tourist groups that will travel from Taipei via Moscow to St Petersburg, returning directly non-stop to Taipei.
Royal Flight is also operating flights from St Petersburg to Macao since May 23, 2016.
With its first flight in March 2014, Royal Flight now operates a fleet comprising two Boeing 767-300, five Boeing 757-200, and one Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
