Jun 10, 2016 (newstodate): The Chinese Skyteam member carrier China Eastern Airlines is add European services to its route network later in June.
During week 25, 2016, the carrier will launch flights to new destinations Amsterdam, Madrid, Prague and St Petersburg.
China Eastern Airlines will offer four weekly rotations to Amsterdam and Madrid using Airbus A330-200, the route to Prague will be served three times weekly with Airbus A330-200, and the route to St Petersburg will see three rotations using Boeing 767-300 aircraft.
The carrier is thus not serving any Scandinavian destination, although Copenhagen Airport was earlier on the radar with plans for start of flights on a route from Shanghai to Copenhagen from October 30, 2008.
This never materialized, though.
