May 11, 2016 (newstodate): Cargo volumes at Estonia's Tallinn Airport are recovering after a slow start to year with negative growth in January and February.
In April, the airport handled a total of 1,269 tonnes of cargo, up 4.7 percent, y-o-y.
This brought volumes in thee first four months of 2016 to 3,834 tonnes, still down 2.6 percent.
The still negative figure is marked by a decline in imports by 7.7 percent, while exports have improved markedly by 15.1 percent during the period.
