May 26, 2016 (newstodate): DHL Global Forwarding is to expand its Airfreight Plus network with destinations in Russia and, further down the line, in the CIS countries.
As a first, DHL Global Forwarding is now to add Moscow and other major cities in Russia to its existing network that is currently comprising 31 European and 22 Asian destinations.
The integration of Moscow and the selected major Russian cities in the network will be completed by mid-year 2016 already, and plans are to gradually integrate also cities in the CIS markets before the end of the year.
With three levels of time-frames, DHL Airfreight Plus service provides door-to-door air transportation for shipments up to two tonnes.
