May 31, 2016 (newstodate): With its inaugural flight on the route between Canada and the Czech Republic on May 30, 2016, Air Canada has started the implementation of a new strategy for Central Europe.
Flights on the route between Toronto and Prague will be offered with three weekly rotations using Boeing 767-300ER aircraft and operating until September 29, 2016.
But Air Canada has further plans for expansion in Central Europe: after Prague, yet-unannounced routes to Warsaw in Poland and Budapest in Hungary will follow shortly, according to the carrier.
