Apr 27, 2016 (newstodate): The Lithuanian leisure carrier Small Planet Airlines has now taken delivery of a further two Airbus A321 aircraft ordered.
Like the first A321 for Small Planet Airlines delivered in March 2016, the two additional aircraft are placed with the carrier under long-term operating lease agreement with AviaAM Leasing.
The delivery of the three aircraft was conducted with the support of and financed by PK AirFinance, a subsidiary of GE Capital Aviation Services.
The carrier will take in a fourth Airbus A321 aircraft also before this summer, completing the order.
With the deliveries of these four larger Airbus A321 aircraft, the carrier's fleet will comprise 21 Airbus A320 Family aircraft operating from the UK, France, Germany, Poland and Lithuania during the summer season as well as from/to Cambodia in winter.
