Apr 05, 2016 (newstodate): The Slovenian carrier Adria Airways is to stop operations on its routes to several destinations, including Sweden's Stockholm Arlanda.
The carrier will perform the last flight from Ljubljana to Stockholm on April 26, 2016, after having offered two weekly rotations.
Adria Airways first launched services to Stockholm, Sweden, from March 20, 2008, and to Norway from April, 2008, but pulled out again from Norway from Summer 2009.
From the start of the summer 2012 schedule, Adria Airways focused its strategy on Copenhagen Airport for its Scandinavian services, suspending all flights to other Scandinavian destinations before opening up again to Stockholm in 2013.
